Blending personal and professional insights, Olga has firsthand experience in managing neurodiversity—both as an individual with dyslexia and as a mother of three children with complex neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, global developmental delays, and associated social and behavioural challenges.

Expert Olga Pavlova

With over 16 years of professional experience, Olga has managed SEN childcare provisions for children aged six months to 12 years. She has extensively mentored and coached parents and educators of SEN children.

Olga Pavlova is an open-minded, positive, and dedicated mother of four unique and inspiring children. Among her children, one is on the Autistic Spectrum, previously nonverbal, with global developmental delay, dyspraxia, and disturbed sleeping patterns, while another has ADHD.

This personal experience fuels her passion for helping families and individuals affected by Autism and similar neurological and developmental challenges across the UK and Europe.

Together with her colleague Irina, Olga co-founded STARS — Swiss Team for Autism Resources & Solutions, a non-profit association based in Switzerland.

With over 15 years of personal and professional experience in Autism, ADHD, and special educational needs, Olga brings a wealth of expertise to the table. She has earned 15 diplomas and certifications relevant to the field of Autism and Special Education.

Olga's mission is to inspire, support, and empower parents, individuals with autism, and autism professionals. Her dedication and extensive knowledge make her a valuable resource for those navigating the complexities of these conditions.
